Okay so really quick I would like to share with you my

Oreos ( I think I used about a row or 2 but who’s counting?)

Vanilla Ice Cream (French Vanilla is super yummy too)

Oreo Pie Crust

Small sandwich bag

If you have a toddler available that might help too…or hinder (depends on your toddler lol)

We used about 3/4 to 1 row of oreo cookies.

Place cookies in sandwich bags, seal and crush. This is the part that I used my toddler for. He’s been wanting something to use his hammer for and this was a wonderful opportunity!Oreo ice Cream Pie Recipe

While he was crushing cookies, I took out just short of a half container of ice cream and placed that in a bowl.

Now it’s time for your pie crust.

If you don’t have this handy, you can certainly make this yourself but my goal here was yummy, quick and easy so I went for store bought.

Next, scoop your ice cream mixture into the pie shell.

*Tip – If you are using this one, I recommend lifting up the foil edge before adding the ice cream. Also, save the plastic to be used as a cover later on.

Next, crush some additional oreos to use for your topping. I also used a few whole oreos for decoration.

Place this gorgeous concoction into your freezer for a few hours or over night.

My greedy family can’t seem to wait until the next day, I don’t know about yours.

Be sure to make this before you start making dinner so that it has some time to set. I recommend a minimum of 3 hours, though I prefer it the next day.

Hope you guys enjoy this as much as we did!!!
